I consider Yoga a fundamental part of my life and have been practicing regularly for over a decade. 

In my practice, I invite my students to unite the body with their breath. 

At the end of the practice, I like to finish with a guided meditation that helps release the tension we tend to hold in our bodies.

I regularly teach Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga in various studios across London.
